Base Services

Day Of Coordinator

Ten hours of ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly and on schedule. Main point of contact for all vendors day of. Two virtual or in person coordination meetings one month and one week prior to the Big Day! (Starting at $1,000)

Six Month Planner

Includes a two-hour meeting 6 months prior to support planning and scheduling efforts, a two-hour meeting 3 months prior to plan vendor coordination and timeline creation, and all day of coordination services. (Starting at $1,500)

Additional Services

Rehearsal & Dinner Planning

Finalize time and flow of evening events with all wedding participants and coordinate the rehearsal to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly. (Starting at $400)

Day Of Decor Setup

Assist in setting up decor in the morning of the Big Day. Including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception space. Additional meeting scheduled to go over decor layout. (Starting at $300)

Venue Visit

Joining you to walk-through the venue after booking to finalize the layout and identify any potential hiccups in the planning process. Allows for creativity and idea generation especially for DIY weddings. (Starting at $200)

Brunch Planning

Sourcing restaurants or venues for the next-day brunch plans ensuring your selected guests can enjoy a private event with the newly-weds. (Starting at $200)

Bachelorette Planning

Destination research and recommendations for local or travel based bachelorette parties. Help with activity planning, dinner reservations, bridesmaids gifts and a custom itinerary. (Starting at $350)
